稀土掺杂NaLuF_4超薄纳米片的上转换发光特性研究 被引量:4

Up-Conversion Luminescent Properties of Rare Earth Doped NaLuF_4 Ultrathin Nano-Sheets

摘要 基体材料的特性和敏化离子对于稀土发光离子的发光特性有显著影响。通过在高效上转换基体材料NaLuF4掺杂Nd3+和Yb3+两种离子共同敏化发光离子Er3+,采用水热法合成了Nd3+,Yb3+,Er3+三种稀土离子掺杂的NaLuF4超薄六角纳米片,利用透射电镜、x射线衍射确定了其形貌和晶体结构。在980nm红外光激发下测试了其上转换发光特征、荧光衰减、总体发光强度。荧光光谱表明未掺杂Nd3+离子的样品,随着Yb3+敏化离子浓度的增加(2%-12%(摩尔分数)),中心波长为539nm的绿光强度相对于中心波长为654nm的红光单调减弱;掺杂3%Nd3+的绿光发射强度随Yb3+离子增加先增强,后减弱。结合简化能级图分析了上转换发光过程与机制。 Properties of host materials and sensitizing ions have remarkable influences on the luminescent properties of rare earth emitting ions. In this work, Nd3 + and Yb3 + ions were introduced into the high efficient host materials NaLuF4 to sensitize the emitting ion Er3 +. Nd3+/Yb3+/Er3 + tridoped NaLuF4 ultrathin hexagonal nano-sheets were synthesized by hydrothermal method, and their morphology and crystal structures were determined by TEM and XRD. The fluorescent spectra, fluorescent decay and integral fluorescent intensity were also detected under the excitation of 980 nm infrared light. The fluorescent spectra of the samples showed that the green emission centered at 539 nm for Nd3+ undoped samples with varying Yb3+ concentration from 2% to 12% decreased monotonously relative to red emission centered at 654 nm. The green emission intensity of Nd3+ doped samples of varying Yb3+ concentration from 2% to 12% increased first and then reduced. The involved mechanisms were analyzed by combining with the simplified energy level diagram
