摘要
分析了长春市供水中存在的问题,结果表明,长春市存在工程性缺水、供水缺乏合理规划与统一调配、城市供水系统的脆弱性不断凸显的问题。提出解决长春市供水问题的对策:设定供水调度原则;明晰不同年份水资源优化配置思路;制定不同情况下的水资源优化调度方案;编制水资源应急调度预案,即现状工程条件下的应急预案和建设新工程的应急供水对策,认为要建设"引松入长"与净水厂对接工程、应急备用水源地水井与管网配套工程、"三水厂引石"工程、"一水厂引新"工程。
Existing problems in water supply in Changchun City are analyzed in this paFer. The results show that the city has a shortage of water resources caused by engineering construction, lacks reasonable planning and unified water supply allocation, and has a weak water supply system. Countermeasures are put forward to solve these problems. They include devising principles of water supply scheduling, recognizing the ideas of water resources optimal allocation in different years, establishing different scenarios of water resources optimal scheduling schemes, and compiling water resources emergency operation schemes, including the emergency scheme for the current engineering situation and emergency water supply countermeasures during the construction of new projects. It is necessary to construct the joint project of the water diversion from the Songhua River to Changchun City and the water treatment plants, the emergency water source wells and pipe network supporting projects, the water diversion from the Shitoukoumen Reservoir by the Third Water Treatment Plant, and the water diversion from the Xinlicheng Reservoir by the First Water Treatment Plant.
