摘要
分析了城市用水的变化趋势,认为人均用水量指标并不是随着经济的发展持续上升,应科学判断城市的用水发展趋势;指出应该正确认识指标的适用期限;研究发现不同的统计口径会造成需水量预测结果的偏差,现状用水人口数应与总体规划保持一致,按照城镇人口的数量计算;最后提出自备水源对用水指标的影响较大,应认真分析,合理取舍。
This study discusses four key prob-lems in the calculation of city water supply. Firstly,water consumption per capita does not increase withthe development of economy, so it is necessary toscientifically analyze the trend of the city waterdemand. Secondly, more attention should be paid tothe applied time of the index. Thirdly, different sta-tistics standard of population usually creates depar-ture of calculating result. The calculation of currentpopulation for water consumption should be consis-tent with that in the master plan, namely, the citypopulation. Fourthly, self-supply water source havea great effect on the water supply prediction, whichalso need thoroughly analysis.
