摘要
目的通过光化学法建立一个新的和临床病理机制相似的视网膜中央动脉阻塞(centralretinalarteryocclusion,CRAO)模型。方法家猫静脉内注入光化学药物 ,激光照射视网膜动脉后形成模型 ,经眼底荧光素造影检查证实并做病理切片。结果成功地建立了CRAO模型 ,病理切片证实阻塞的血管内有血栓形成。结论光化学法可建立和临床病理机制相似的CRAO模型 ,此法操作简单 ,为临床研究CRAO的治疗提供了较好的动物模型。
Objective To set up a new animal model of occlusion of central retinal artery (CRAO) which was quite similar to the clinical features.Methods The animal model was set up by laser irradiating a branch of central retinal artery after intravenous injection of photochemical drugs,and the model was confirmed pathologically and by fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA).Results the model of CRAO was successfully set up. Pathological examination showed that the occlusion was caused by intra-arterial thrombosis. Conclusions An experimental CRAO model, which has the similar pathological processes of occlusion of central retinal artery and intra-arterial thrombosis as those in clinic can be set up by using photochemical method. The method was quite simple, and it offered a better animal model for clinical therapeutical research.
