摘要
目的 :观察重组葡激酶 (recombinantstaphylokinase ,r-Sak)治疗实验性视网膜中央动脉阻塞的效果及其对全身的影响。方法 :光化学法建立视网膜中央动脉阻塞模型 ,静注r -Sak、重组链激酶和尿激酶溶栓 ,观察血管再通情况及其对循环系统的影响。结果 :r-Sak的治疗效果明显 ,对全身的影响较小。结论 :r -Sak是一种高效、安全、特异性强的溶栓药 。
Objective:To inspect the results of recombinant staphylokinase in the treatment of experimental central retinal artery occlusion,and also to observe the changes of fibrinolytic activity in the systemic circulation.Methods:The animal model was set up by photochemical method and then the thrombus was to be dissolved by intravenous injetion of recombinant staphyloinase(r-Sak),recombinant streptokinase (r-SK) and urokinase (UK).The patency of the artery was evaluated by FFA.Moreover,the changes of fibrinolitic activity in the blood were exmined by phlebotomizing.Results:The market therpeutic effect had been obtained and no significant systemic fibrinolytic activation was observed in r-Sak group.Conclusions:R-Sak is capable of lysing thrombus in retinal artery without significant activation of circulating plasminogen,it may have potential bright future in treatment of occlusion of central retinal artery clinically.
