摘要
目的:观察温针灸配合超短波治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将100例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用温针灸配合超短波治疗,对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,3个疗程结束后由专人进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组治愈率为62.0%,总有效率98.0%;对照组治愈率为26.0%,总有效率82.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸配合超短波治疗原发性痛经疗效显著,方法简便。
Objective：To observe the effect of warm acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave therapy for primary dysmenorrhea. Methods： 100 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were divided into two 50-patient groups randomly： the treatment group and the contrast group. The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave therapy and the contrast group treated with Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules. The effects were compared after three menstruation phases. Results ： The clinical effective rate of treatment group was 62.0%, and the total effective rate was 98.0%.The clinical effective rate of contrast group was 26.0%, and the total effective rate was 82.0% （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： There is significant effect of warm acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave therapy for primary dysmenorrhea.
