摘要
目的 :探讨弱激光照射对机体免疫刺激作用的机理。方法 :将小鼠随机分成对照组和激光照射组 ,用能量密度为 6 3 7J/cm2 的氦氖 (He -Ne)激光照射小鼠神阙穴 ,用透射电镜观察小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞超微结构的变化。结果 :照射组巨噬细胞的超微结构呈活化状态。结论 :用适当剂量的He -Ne激光照射小鼠神阙穴能激活巨噬细胞 ,提高机体免疫功能。
Objective:To search He-Ne laser irradiation stimulating immunity of organism.Methods:Shenque acupoint of mice abdomen was irradiated by He-Ne laser at the dosages of 637/cm2 for 10 days 5 minutes each day.Then observing the ultrastructural change of peritoneal macrophages by use of transmission electron microscopy.Results:The ultrastructure of peritoneal macrophages in the irradiated for 10 days group demonstrated remarkable changes indicating their activation.Conclusion:The He-Ne laser irradiation in appropriate dosages may activate macrophages and enhance the immunity of organism.
