摘要
实验观察了弱激光照射足三里穴对家兔胃内压的影响，并对其神经机制进行了初步分析。结果显示：①弱激光照射足三里穴１０ｍｉｎ，胃内压显著增大；②弱激光升高胃内压的效应可以被电刺激迷走神经和静脉注射苯海拉明、纳络酮所减弱；③心得安可明显增强弱激光的加压效应，而酚妥拉明无影响。以上结果提示：弱激光诱导组织胺释放，经Ｈ１受体引起胃内压升高，脑啡肽也参与了这一作用；同时。
The purpose of this study was to observe the effect and to analyse initially the neuromechanism of weak laser irradiation of Zusanli on IGP of rabbit. The results were as follows:1)the weak laser irradiation Zusanli for ten minutes could increased IGP of rabbits;2)the effect of weak laser increased IGP could be reduced by the electrostimulation of vagus, or inject diphenhydramine and naloxone into the veins;3)the effect of weak laser could be increased by propranolol, and the effect of phentolamine wasn′t found. The above results indicate that weak laser increased IGP might be mediated by activating histamin neurons, which elicited release of histamin by H 1 receptor, while the effect of inhibitory be mediated with norepinephrine by β adrenoreceptor.
