摘要
对各国货币体系改革方案进行分析、评价，指出各方案都只是短期的补救之举，没有触及问题的实质即改革汇率制度与储备货币。单一货币是解决目前国际货币体系稳定性与浮动性矛盾的出路，而且极有可能成为国际货币体系的改革方向。
On the basis of analyzing and evaluating the reformist plans after the financial crises of the various related countries, the present paper points out that the related reform plans are all nothing but remedial measures for the time being ,without getting to the essence of the problems,i.e. ,the reform of their exchange rates and the reserve of money. Single money is the way out for securing stability of the current international money system and solving the contradiction of floatage of this system, and furthermore, probably, will become an orientation of reforming this international system.
