摘要
不断通过征地来满足城镇化、工业化用地的需求,已经成为当下以及今后相当时期内我国所必然要面临的一个基本国情。与之相伴随,征地补偿费已经成为公民死亡时所可能遗留的一类重要遗产。实践中,针对作为遗产之征地补偿费的范围确定、受领征地补偿费之遗产债权的定性、作为遗产之征地补偿费的核发领取等问题,都存在着一定程度的模糊性和不确定性。这些问题的解决,对于共同继承人的权益保障和补偿义务人的责任规避而言,都是十分重要的。
Continuously through the land acquisition to meet the requirement of urbanization and industri -alization has become a basic national conditions during a considerable period of time of the country , espe-cially the present moment and the future .With the following , land acquisition compensation fee has be-come an important class of legacy heritage of a citizen after his death .In practice, there are more impor-tant questions to deal with , for example , how to determine the inheritance scope of compensation , how to qualitative the land acquisition compensation fee debt , and how to collect and issue the compensation fees.These problems , for the protection of the interests of co -heirs and compensation obligations in terms of the responsibility to avoid , are very important .
