摘要
开放大学的课程设计和资源开发要依据开放教育课程的属性,遵循适应性、开放性、职业性原则,从学习者需求出发,开发使用者能用最少学习时间,获得知识、技能、综合素养最大程度提升的优质资源。要通过多元合作,促进资源联盟建设,破解开放大学实践教学难题。
The curriculum design and resource development of Open University should be based on the attribute of open educational courses. High quality resources should be developed from the learners＇demand and be in accordance with the principles of adaptability, open and professional property so that users can get promoted in knowledge, technology and comprehensive attainments within the least time. The issue of practical teaching of Open University can be settled by multi-dimensional cooperation so as to promote the construction of resource alliance.
