3株H3N8亚型禽流感病毒对SPF鸡和Balb/c小鼠致病性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了解从洞庭湖区鸭子和环境中分离的3株H3N8亚型禽流感病毒的致病性。利用这3株毒株对SPF鸡及Balb/c小鼠进行致病性试验,结果显示,3株毒株均能使鸡感染并排毒,但不引起鸡明显的临床症状及死亡,感染鸡后第3天~第7天在泄殖腔排出高滴度病毒,且持续至第11天(仅观察到该天),与以往的研究相比,排毒时间更长。3株H3N8亚型毒株感染小鼠后,能在小鼠鼻甲及肺脏内高滴度复制,但小鼠的体重变化不明显。结果说明3株H3亚型AIV对家禽及哺乳动物感染能力增强,因此加强该亚型的流行病学监测及致病性的研究非常重要。 To study the pathogenicity of three H3N8 subtype avian influenza virus isolated from ducks and environment in Dongting Lake area, three H3N8 subtype avian influenza virus strains were used to infect SPF chickens and Balb/c mice. The results showed that all chickens were infected, but the chickens did not appear obvious clinical symptoms and death. The infected chickens could discharge high titer viruses from cloacae, the virus release period lasted 11 days (only observed the day). Compared with previous studies, the virus release period was longer. Three H3N8 strains can replicate in mouse turbinates and lungs,but no significant weight change in mice. The results indicated that the infection ability of H3 subtype AIV on poultry and mammals increased,which strengthens significance for studying of epidemiology and pathogenicity of this subtype.
