反向遗传操作技术产生全禽源致弱的H5N1亚型禽流感病毒的免疫保护性试验 被引量:7

摘要 利用反向遗传操作技术产生致弱的8基因全禽源的H5N1亚型禽流感病毒rgF-H5△N1,经甲醛灭活制成油苗免疫SPF鸡和有母源抗体的商品鸡。比较拯救的重配病毒rgF-H5△N1和野毒H5N1亚型禽流感病毒油苗免疫后的抗体应答水平、攻毒后发病率和死亡率等指标,评价其免疫和交叉免疫保护作用。结果表明:反向遗传操作技术为构建新型的流感疫苗株提供了更好的方法。 7 days ohl SPF and commercial chickens were vaccinated with the formalin-inactivated rgF-H5△N1 vaccine,which was rescued by reverse genetics approaches.The rgF-H5△N1 is well in HI titer and protective efficacy as compared with wild HSNI virus. Reverse genetics approaches provide a noval way for vaccination against influenza virus.
