摘要
目的了解医务人员的无偿献血认知现状,提出建议,促无偿献血事业进一步发展。方法对宜昌市2012年红细胞用量在2 000单位以上的医疗机构中具有输血处方权的医务人员进行问卷调查。结果接受调查的医务人员中,献血人数占60.2%,接受输血相关知识培训占83%,25%的医务人员对互助献血政策完全不知晓,完全知晓血费报销政策的占35.2%,约50%的医务人员不了解血站工作,17%的医务人员对目前的血液紧缺局面不知晓。结论应进一步加强医务人员无偿献血宣传教育;大力开展医疗机构团体无偿献血活动;强化医疗机构临床输血管理委员会职责;重视互助献血工作开展;促进血站与医疗机构的有效沟通与合作等。
Objective To understand the awareness status of voluntary blood donation in medical staff, make recommenda- tions and promote the further development of voluntary blood donation. Method Questionnaire survey on medical staff having the prescription right was performed in medical institutions with the amount of red blood cell transfusion more than 2000 units in Yichang City in 2012. Result Among the included medical staff, the number of blood donors accounted for 60.2% , those re- ceived blood transfusion related knowledge and training accounted for 83% , 25% of the medical staff had totally no aware of mu- tual donation policy, those fully aware of the blood reimbursement policies accounted for 35.2% , about 50% of the medical staff did not understand the work of blood station, and 17% of the medical staff did not know the current shortage situation on blood do- nation. Conclusion The publicity and education of voluntary blood donation among medical staff should be strengthened ; group blood donation activities should be vigorously carried out by medical institutions ; the responsibilities of management committee on clinical transfusion in medical agencies should be strengthened; the effective cooperation between blood station and medical agen- cies should be improved.
