摘要
通过分析透视用血返还报销现状,指出其存在报销政策不熟悉、报销凭证难提供、报销费用不统一、宣传口径不一致等问题。结合工作实践,提出了政策透明,建立全国统一的用血返还报销标准和机制;信息共享,建设全国联网的信息管理系统;统一费用,设置稳定的用血返还报销服务机构和岗位;释义明确,增强无偿献血宣传公众信任度等改进建议。
Through investigate of blood use reimbursement status, the paper analyzed the existing problems on unfamiliar with reimbursement policy, hard to provide reimbursement vouchers, inconformity of reimbursement of expenses. Combined with practice, the paper put forward suggestions on policy transparent, establishment of a unified national blood return reimbursement criteria and mechanisms; information sharing, construction of national network management information system; unified cost, es- tablishment of relatively stable blood return reimbursement service organization; interpretation clearly, enhancement of the blood donation publicity and improvement of public trust.
