摘要
目的:探讨儿童、少年精神分裂症患者的临床特征及治疗等。方法:选取住院治疗的52例儿童、少年精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,对一般情况及临床资料调查分析。结果:儿童、少年精神分裂症患者情绪、行为异常较为常见,可伴有幻觉、妄想,以未定型为主。结论:儿童、少年精神分裂症症状多样化,对情绪问题应引起重视。
ObjectiveTo investigate clinical characteristics and treatment for children and adolescents with schizophrenia.Methods：52 children and adolescents with schizophrenia hospitalized were selected, and their common conditions and clinical datawere investigated and analyzed. Results： Mood and behavior abnormalities were common for the children and adolescents with schizo-phrenia, mainly combing with hallucinations and delusions. Moreover, it was mainly the undifferentiated type. Conclusions： Thesymptoms of the patients with schizophrenia in childhood and adolescents are diversified, and the emotional problems should be paidmore attention to.
