摘要
为了弄清湖南省目前白菜、甘蓝等十字花科蔬菜主栽品种对根肿病的抗性,2013年收集72个常见的十字花科蔬菜栽培品种,以四季奶油小白菜作感病对照,采用温室和组培室内人工接种以及田间自然诱发3种方法进行了抗性鉴定。结果表明:室内鉴定中有27个抗病品种,6个耐病品种,39个感病品种;对27个抗病品种进行田间自然诱发试验,其中表现免疫、高抗和抗病的品种分别有14、6和5个;另有华甘一号、YR春蕾甘蓝、紫甘2号、甘新70和夏宝甘蓝F1等5个品种在3种方法中均表现出对根肿菌免疫。从室内外抗性鉴定结果看,目前湖南省常见的十字花科蔬菜栽培品种中抗根肿病的品种约占34.7%。
To clear up clubroot resistance of cruciferous crops, such as Chinese cabbage, kale, etc. in Hunan province for present, 72 common cruciferous cultivars planted in Hunan province were collected as experimental materials and Sijinaiyou Chinese cabbage was chosen as control to conduct resistance identification experiment in 2013 via three methods （artificial inoculation in greenhouse, artificial inoculation in laboratory with tissue culture, and natural inducement in field）. The results showed that there were 27 resistant varieties, 6 tolerant varieties and 39 susceptible varieties in laboratory group; a natural inducement in field was conducted to the 27 resistant varieties, 14 varieties showed immune, 6 varieties showed high resistance, and 6 varieties showed resistance to clubroot; moreover, Huagan No.1, YRChunleiganlan, Zigan No.2, Ganxin70 and Xiabaoganlan F1 all showed immune to clubroot with the three methods. The identification results of laboratory, greenhouse and field indicated that the clubroot resistant cruciferous cultivars accounted for 34.7% of total common cruciferous cultivars planted in Hunan province at present.
