摘要
目前,旅游人才市场的供需现状是:通识型旅游人才的供给已趋于饱和,专业技能型人才急缺,现行人才培养与行业需求存在一定程度的错位。因此,学校应完善旅游管理专业现有的人才培养模式,通过课堂教学、实践教学、专业实习来提高学生的专业核心能力,确保学生毕业走向社会之后,既能够迅速适应专业岗位需要,又具备强劲的后续发展能力。
Currently, the human resources market of the tourist industry is featured by an oversupply of all-around tal- ent and a short supply of skilled tourism professionals. So it is safe to say there is a certain degree of misalignment ex- isting in job training and market needs. Therefore, the school should improve the training model of tourism manage- ment majors, and enhance students' core professional competencies through classroom teaching, professional practice and internship so as to make sure that graduates not only are able to quickly adapt to professional positions, but also have strong subsequent development capabilities.
