摘要
随着我国对滨海旅游的重视,广西滨海旅游正面临大好机遇,有着广阔的发展前景。目前制约广西滨海旅游发展的主要因素有人才吸引力不足,高层次人才紧缺,人才结构不合理等方面,针对存在问题,提出滨海旅游应用型人才培养对策,以期能促进广西滨海旅游业的发展。
As the emphasis on the coastal tourism, the coastal tourism is facing a golden opportunity and broad prospects for development in Guangxi. The main factors restricted the coastal tourism development in Guangxi are the sufficiently attractive of talents, the shortage of high-level talents, the irrational structure of talents. To solve these problems, the training measures for The application-oriented talents of coastal tourism are proposed in order to promote the development of coastal tourism in Guan- gxi.
