摘要
本文提出了基于流程的勘测科技项目管理模式,阐述了该管理模式的体系内容,并以实际的科技项目为例介绍了基于流程的勘测科技项目管理模式的应用情况,实践证明其管理效果比常规管理模式的效果好。
This article presents a workflow-based survey project management model, and describes the management model contents. The application of this model is introduced on the basis of an example of real scientific projeer. The practice has proved that the model is better than the traditional methods.
