摘要
为探讨一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效，回顾分析行一期根治术治疗的183例肛周脓肿患者资料。结果显示，183例患者全部治愈，住院时间7~28d，平均lid。术后随访半年，均无复发或形成肛瘘，无感染或肛门失禁等并发症及后遗症。结果表明，一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿治愈率高，并发症少，疗效满意。
In order to investigate the clinical effect of primary radical procedure for perianal abscess,au- thors retrospectively analyzed the data of 183 cases received this procedure. As results,the 183 cases were all cured,their hospitalization was 7-28 days（averaged 11 days）;the postoperative follow-up of 0.5yr. did not find recurrence or anal fistula formation, infection or anal incontinence, etc complication or sequel. These results show that for perianal abscess primary radical procedure is of high curative rate,less compli- cation and satisfactory effect.
