摘要
组织创新气氛对于一个组织的创新绩效至关重要。现有的一些研究主要关注于创新气氛结果的变量,而对于组织创新气氛的影响因素则关注较少。根据国内外有关文献归纳影响组织创新气氛的诸因素并评述其研究的现状。
Organizational innovation climate is essential for organizational innovation performance. Lots of studies are fo- cused on outcome variables of organizational innovation climate and less studies are focused on influential factors of organ- izational innovation climate. Therefore, according to the literature at home and abroad, some of the factors affecting or- ganizational innovation climate are reviewed and summarized.
