摘要
基于文献研究与实际调研,建立了包含变革型领导、团队氛围、知识共享以及团队创新绩效之间相互关系的结构方程模型。以我国部分高新技术企业的研发团队为调查对象搜集数据,对结构方程模型进行了实证检验,结果发现,变革型领导与团队氛围和知识共享呈正相关;团队氛围与知识共享呈正相关;团队创新绩效受团队氛围与知识共享的正面影响,但与变革型领导相关性并不显著。
Based on the review of relevant literature and survey, this paper constructs a structural equation model (SEM) considering four factors in the model together. So the purpose here is to explore a little further into the causal relationship about four factors. This study is focused on the R&D team in hi - teeh firms in china. The results show that transformational Leadership Style is a critical factor to form the team climate and promote knowledge sharing, and team climate has a direct influence on knowledge Sharing. Both team climate and knowledge sharing also show direct influence on performance of team innovation. However, the relationship between transformational leadership style and performance of team innovation is not significant.
