摘要
区域作为当前经济发展重要的推动力量,其自主创新能力的提升不仅关系到本区域的发展和竞争力的提高,同时也关系到国家经济社会的发展。党的十八大报告明确提出的"实施创新驱动发展战略"成为各地区创新和发展的重要任务。以创新系统理论为指导,在对区域自主创新的概念和内涵进行科学界定的基础上,深入分析、研究区域自主创新主体(企业、高校和研究机构、科技中介服务机构和政府)的创新现状和特征,并结合实际提出区域创新主体自主创新能力提升的发展对策。
Region, as the main strength, plays an important role in promoting current economic developments. The im- provement of regional independent innovation relates not only to the regional development and competing capacity, but also to the economic and social development in a nation. This paper starts with defining the concept of regional independent in- novation under the guidance of innovation system theory, and then carries on a thorough research on the current situation and characteristic of the innovation entities. Finally, the author puts forward the corresponding strategies for improving each entity＇ s independent innovation capacity.
