摘要
目的观察橘核丸加减治疗弱精子症患者及治疗结束后精液质量变化的情况。方法将130例患者采用区组随机观察化方法分配两组,治疗组68例采用橘核丸加减治疗,对照组60例采用维生素A软胶囊、维生素E软胶囊、左卡尼汀口服液(商品名:东维力)治疗。所有患者分别于治疗过程中及治疗结束后第30天、第60天、第90天,对精液相关指标进行测定和分析。结果经治疗后治疗组临床平均有效率为89.71%,对照组为75.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后3个月内随访,治疗组临床平均复发率为16.18%,对照组为70.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论橘核丸加减治疗弱精子症不仅能够影响患者精液参考指标,显著提高精子活力,而且可有效降低患者停药后的近期复发率。
Objective To observe the condition of the patients of asthenospermia and the changes in sperm quality after treatment with the modified Juhe Pills.Methods One hundred and thirty patients were randomized into two groups by group randomized observation method.In the treatment group,68 cases were treated with the modified Juhe Pills.In the control group,60 cases were treated with Vitamin V Capsules,Vi-tamin E Capsules and Levocarnitine Oral Solution.The sperm relevant indicators were determined and ana-lyzed during the treatment,on the 30th,60th and 90th days after treatment in all the patients separately.Results After treatment,the mean clinical effective rate was 89.71%in the treatment and was 75.00%in the con-trol group after treatment,indicating the significant difference in comparison of the two groups（P〈0.05）.In 3 months follow-up,the mean clinical recurrence rate was 1 6.1 8%in the treatment group and was 70.00%in the control group,indicating the significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion The modified Juhe Pills impact sperm reference indicators and improve significantly sperm activity in the pa-tients of asthenospermia,and also effectively reduce the short-term recurrence rate in the patients after med-ication discontinuity.
