摘要
介绍了一种采用工业控制组态软件 ,以模块化方式组建内燃机台架综合测控系统的方法。系统按工业标准设计 ,具有程控和后备手动控制功能 ,操作简单 ,可靠性高。具有自动测试、文件管理、图表打印、燃烧分析、报警处理、故障诊断等功能 ,可以显示系统流程 ,设置试验规则、控制策略。其开放式接口使系统具有极好的扩展性。该方法具有简单、快捷、可靠、成本低、扩展性强的特点 。
An engine rig test system with a control system based on industrial control configuration software module has been introduced. This system is easy in operation good in reliability and has such functions as program control,backup manual control, automatic measuring, file managing drawing, tabulating and printing, combustion analysis, alarm managing, trouble diagnosing and etc. In addition, this system can display the system flow, test rule and control strategy. Its open-loop interface is good for expansion. The practice shows that it is simple, quick, reliable, low cost system,which is suitable for modifying the existing engine testrig.
