摘要
压缩机是舰船重要的辅助设备,其运行情况直接影响机电设备的正常工作。为提高压缩机系统的自动化程度,本文基于组态软件设计了压缩机监控系统,该系统具有以下功能:实现了压缩机的启动、正常工作时的定时吹除以及停车等过程控制,实现了压缩机工作过程中的工作状态显示、记录以及报警等功能。运行情况表明,该系统工作可靠、稳定。
Compressor is an important auxiliary machinery of ship, and its running status directly affects the battle effectiveness of power department. In order to improve the automatization of the compressor system, a supervise control system is designed in this paper based on configuration software, which realizes the startup, the timing blowing and the shutting-down of the compressor. The running result shows that this system is credible and stable.
