燃油锅炉空气预热器防腐研究

摘要 本文通过对各种防腐材料的分析研究,从中选择新型搪玻璃管作为锅炉空气预热器管材。性能分析及实际应用表明,搪玻璃管是最佳的防腐材料之一。 The reliability in operation and efficient performance of industrial and power boilers may be greatly influenced by low temperature corrosion and clogging on the air-preheater, especially when firing sulfur coal or oil. Based on a comparison of the material properties of various air-preheater tubes, it was concluded that the enamel tube has high corrosion resistance and can be used on the air-preheater although its initial cost will be much higher than the steel tube. Field tests showed that the low temperature corrosion can be eliminated in the main using enamel tubes on the air-preheater. The reliability in operation and efficient performance of oil-fired boilers can thus be increased significantly.
