摘要 介绍了华电国际邹县发电厂1000MW超超临界机组的烟气脱硫工艺,根据该电厂的实际运行情况,分析了对影响烟气脱硫系统运行及主机运行的主要设备,如增压风机、烟气换热器、旁路档板门及防腐材料等系统的不同选型方案,提出了一些选型的建议。 The flue gas desulfurization(FGD) process used in 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit of Zouxian Power Plant was introduced. There are some important equipments in FGD system such as booster fan,gas-gas heat exchanger, by-pass damper and antiseptics, which have significant influence on the operation of FGD system and main generation system. The different type-selection plans for these equipments were analyzed according to the operating practice, and some suggests about equipment type-selection were given in this paper.
