盆腔淤血综合征的超声误诊漏诊原因分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析盆腔淤血综合征的超声图像，总结误诊、漏诊原因。方法将郑州市妇幼保健院6例误诊、漏诊的盆腔淤血综合征患者超声图像与87例经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断盆腔淤血综合征的图像特点进行对比，查找漏诊原因。结果典型的盆腔淤血综合征有其特有的超声图像特点，6例误诊、漏诊的患者超声图像均不典型，其中l例误诊为输卵管积水，5例漏诊，其图像特点与其临床症状不符，加之检查者经验不足造成误诊、漏诊，后经输卵管造影及盆腔静脉造影证实。结论超声医师应加强对盆腔淤血综合征的认识，认真分析患者超声图像，结合患者临床症状，综合分析，减少本病的漏诊率。
