摘要
目的探讨盆腔淤血综合征(PCS)及侧支循环在多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)中的表现。方法选择行MSCTA检查的PCS患者113例,采用容积再现血管生长技术(AV)进行血管重组,分析左卵巢静脉(LOV)、盆腔静脉丛及侧支循环的表现。结果 113例PCS患者共发生侧支循环96例,发生率85%(96/113),LOV及左宫旁静脉丛均扩张,直径分别为(11.9±1.7)mm、(4.7±0.9)mm,宫壁静脉及右宫旁静脉丛扩张49例,直径分别为(2.9±0.8)mm、(4.7±1.1)mm。左髂内静脉、右卵巢静脉、右髂内静脉、肠系膜下静脉侧支循环发生率分别为83.2%(94/113)、13.3%(15/113)、9.7%(11/113)、1.8%(2/113)。左肾静脉(LRV)、LOV主干侧支循环发生率分别为18.6%(21/113)、6.2%(7/113)。结论 MSCTA能准确诊断PCS及侧支循环。
Objective To investigate the Multislice CT Angiography (MSCTA) imaging findings of pelvic congestion syndrome (PCS) and collateral circulation. Methods 113 patients of PCS were selected and received MSCTA scanning, all received add vessel volume rendering (VR) technology to reconstruct the vascular, the left ovarian vein( LOV), para- metric venous plexus and the collateral circulation were analyzed. Results There were 96 cases of collateral circulateion in 113 patients of PCS,with the incidence rate of 85 % (96/113). Left ovarian veins and left parametric venous plexus were showed dilated with diameter of 11.9±1.7mm and 4.7±0.9mm respectively. 49 transverse communicating branches and right parametric venous plexus were showed dilated, with diameter of 2.9±0.8 mm and 4.4±1.1 mm respectively. The incidence of left internal iliac vein was 83.2% (25/113), right ovarian vein 13.3% ( 13/113 ), right internal iliac vein 9.7% (11/113), inferior mesenteric vein 1.8% (2/113) respectively. The incidence of collateral circulation of the main left renal vein (LRV and LOV) were 18.6% (21/113) ,6.2% (7/113). Conclusion MSCTA can diagnose the PCS and collateral circulation accurately.
