导管固定装置预防中心静脉导管相关感染的效果评价 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察施乐扣导管固定装置预防中心静脉导管相关感染的临床效果。方法通过临床观察和细菌学检测方法,对使用施乐扣固定装置固定中心静脉置管的患者进行了观察。结果使用该固定装置的患者中心静脉导管相关感染发生率为5.36%,血培养无细菌生长;未使用该固定装置的患者中心静脉导管相关感染发生率为20.37%,血培养阳性率为2.37%。结论施乐扣固定中心静脉置管,可有效降低导管局部细菌定植和预防中心静脉导管相关感染。
