摘要
减小带钢上不同位置的厚度差以及不同带钢之间的厚度差,是在未来板带轧制过程中优先解决的问题。本文介绍了热轧带钢AGC自动厚度控制方法,实验研究将压力AGC和监控AGC结合使用,实现对带钢厚度的控制。现场应用加入监控AGC的控制系统后,带钢的厚度差明显缩小,整体厚度十分均匀。生产实践表明,AGC控制系统设计合理,控制效果令人满意,值得在带钢热轧中推广。
Reducing the thickness deviation in different parts on the same strip and the thickness deviation be- tween the different strips are the first problem to solve in the strip rolling in the future.The strip hot rolling AGC control method is introduced, by combining P-AGC with M-AGC in the experiment, the control of strip thickness is realized. After joining M-AGC control system in the actual application, the thickness deviation of strip is decreased obviously.The results show that the design of AGC control system is reasonable, the control effect is satisfied, and it is worth promoting in the strip hot rolling.
