摘要
为了保证带材的厚度公差,获得高精度的产品,现代森吉米尔轧机都配备了自动控制(AGC)装置。本文介绍了森吉米尔轧机AGC(厚度自动控制)系统及辊形调整系统的软硬件配置、网络结构、系统特点,并阐述了在森吉米尔轧机中的各种自动厚度控制方法:前馈控制、后馈控制、秒流量控制、张力AGC控制、加减速控制和压力AGC控制等。
The modern Sendzimir mills are equipped with the AGC to ensure the thickness tolerance of the strip and produce the high -accuracy products. The hardware and software configurations, network structure, system characteristics of the automation control of thickness system and crown adjustment system in Sendzimir mill are introduced. The automation thickness control ways （ such as feedforward control, feedbackward control, tension control, pressure control and so on）of Sendzimir mill are elaborated in detail.
