摘要
综述了国内外生产山梨酸的工艺路线 ,并对两种巴豆醛 乙烯酮工艺路线进行了探讨 ,指出缩合产物精制后再水解的工艺路线优于对粗山梨酸精制的工艺路线。
The technological processes of sorbic acid were summerized. Two routes to synthesize sorbic acid from butenao ethenone were discussed, and indicated that the technology process of hydrolyzation after purifying from the condensation compound was advance than that of purifying from rough sorbic acid.
