湘钢2#高炉TRT轴端密封失效问题的研究与实践

摘要 以湘钢2#TRT轴端密封功能失效的问题展开研究。运用目前国际上通行的透平机械内部流场研究的数值模拟办法,建立三维迷宫密封与蜂窝密封结构并划分网格,使用商业CFD计算软件FLUENT对迷宫密封和蜂窝密封的内部流场进行数值模拟,深入分析工作介质在蜂窝密封中的流动本质。通过数值模拟并结合改造工程实践,从理论和实践两方面验证了TRT轴端密封结构改造后的良好效果。 The sealing failure of the No.2 TRT shaft end was investigated. The flow na-ture of operation media in the honeycomb seal was analyzed in depth by using numerical simulation method worldly popular in studying internal flow field of turbine to establish 3D labyrinth seal and honeycomb seal and divide grid. CFD calculation software FLUENT was used to numerically simulate the internal flow field of labyrinth seal and honeycomb seal. The good result of the structural transformation of the TRT shaft end seal is demonstrated theoretically and practically through numerical simulation as well as the practical result of the transformation project.
