摘要
目的:分析比较不同提取方法制备的当归中的挥发性成分。方法:分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法和顶空加热提取当归挥发性成分,以气质联用技术分析其主要成分结构。结果:两种提取方法无论是成分种类还是其相对含量均存在很大的差异,水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油经气质联用分析,可鉴定出43种挥发性化学成分;采用顶空进样经气质联用分析,鉴定出43种挥发性化学成分;二者共有成分为24种。结论:综合运用这两种方法可以建立较为全面的当归挥发性成分GC-MS表征体系。
Objective:To compare the difference of volatile components in Radix Angelicae Sinensis extracted with different methods. Methods:Volatile components in Radix Angelicae Sinensis were extracted by steam distillation(SD) and headspace injection(HS) respectively and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spec- trometry(GC-MS). Results:There was significant difference between the component type and its relative con- tent extracted by two methods,43 volatile chemical compounds were identified in volatile oil obtained by SD;whereas 43 volatile compounds were identified in the herb treated with HS. Total 24 common com- pounds were obtained from the volatile compounds extracted by two methods. Conclusion:The two methods combined with GC-MS can establish GC-MS representation system of the volatile compounds of Radix An- ~elicae Sinensis.
