摘要
目的:探讨和总结抗菌薇乔缝线在胃肠手术伤口内减张缝合中的疗效。方法:抽取我院2012-2013年胃肠外科109例手术患者,分别实施传统减张缝合与内减张缝合进行分组比较,以下简称传统组和内减组,比较两组伤口裂开患者数量、术后伤口感染数以及住院时间。结果:内减组无伤口裂开,传统组3例;内减组发生伤口感染9例,传统组17例;内减组住院时间为13-18d,传统组为18-21d。结论:用抗菌薇乔缝线行内减张缝合可有效预防伤口裂开,同时可降低伤口感染率及住院时间。
Objective:To explore and summarize the antimicrobial Vicryl sutures in the gastrointestinal surgical wound suture in the efficacy analysis.Methods:Extraction 2012-2013 in our hospital 109 cases of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery were implemented within the traditional suture and suture compared to group, hereafter referred to within less traditional groups and groups were compared in patients with wound dehiscence quantity, the number of postoperative wound infection and hospitalization time.Results:The reduction was no wound dehiscence, traditional group 3 cases;wound infection occurred within the group minus nine cases, the traditional group of 17 patients;group within less hospitalization time was 13-18d, the traditional group of 18-21d. Conclusion:Vicryl sutures with an antibacterial suture line can effectively prevent wound dehiscence, wound infection and simultaneously reduce hospitalization time.
