摘要
目的：观察生津益气颗粒联合阿托伐他汀治疗分水岭脑梗死的临床效果。方法：将我院在2011年9月-2013年6月收治的70例分水岭脑梗死患者随机分为两组，每组各35例患者，观察组采用生津益气颗粒联合阿托伐他汀治疗，对照组采用单纯生津益气颗粒治疗，并对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组，且结果比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：生津益气颗粒联合阿托伐他汀治疗分水岭脑梗死的临床效果十分显著，能够有效促进脑细胞以及神经系统功能的恢复，且不良反应少，治疗比较安全，值得推广应用。
Objective：To observe the fluid yiqi granules with atorvastatin therapy the clinical effect of watershed cerebral infarction. Methods：Our hospital in September 2011-June 2013 treated 70 cases of watershed cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 35 patients,the observation group USES the fluid yiqi granules with atorvastatin therapy and control group treated by oneself pure yiqi granules,and analysis the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results：The clinical curative effect of observation group was obviously better than that of control group,the result is significant difference,statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：the fluid yiqi granules with atorvastatin therapy of watershed cerebral infarction clinical effect is significant,can effectively promote the recovery of brain cells and nervous system function,and less adverse reactions,the treatment is safe,is worthy of popularization and application.
