摘要
目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年4月-2013年4月我院儿科收治的64例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿，采用随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各32例。对照组给予口服盐酸丙卡特罗，观察组在此基础上应用孟鲁司特钠治疗，比较两组患儿临床疗效及肺功能指标。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）；两组患儿肺功能指标FVC、FEV1及PEF50较治疗前相比均显著升高（P〈0.05），但两组治疗后肺功能指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘中效果显著，可有效改善患儿肺功能，缓解临床症状，值得在临床上推广与应用。
Objective：To evaluate clinical efficacy of montelukast in treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods：Choosing 64 cases of pediatric patients in our children with cough variant asthma, were randomly divided into two groups （n=32）. Control group was given oral procaterol hydrochloride, on the basis of the observation group, the application of montelukast treatment were compared the efficacy and lung function in children.Results：The observation group the total effective rate was 90.6%, control group total effectiveness 75.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;Two groups of children with lung function index of FVC, FEV1 and PEF50 is compared before treatment were significantly increased （P〈0.05）, but the two groups after treatment compared lung function index, there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Montelukast treatment of children with cough variant asthma effect significantly, can effectively improve pulmonary function in children, relieve symptoms, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
