摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选择2006-01～2008-08间,在我院住院的支气管哮喘患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,并给予不同的治疗方案,随访观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床症状缓解时间、肺部体征消失时间明显短于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为4.44%,对照组为24.44%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.56%,对照组为75.56%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良药物反应。结论孟鲁司特联合布地奈德在防治支气管哮喘方面,疗效确切,无毒副作用,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Montelukast combined with Budesonide in the treatment of asthma..Mehthods： 90 asthma cases were choiced who were in our hospital since Jan.2006 to Aug.2008.They were divided into control group and treatment group randomly.Each group were given different treatment protocols and the treatment effect were observed.Results The times of symptomatic relief and lung symptom extinction were shorter in treatment group than in control group,The difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate in treatment group is 4.44% vs.in control group 24.44%,The difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate is 95.56% in treatment group and 75.56% in control group,The difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.There were not obvious adverse drug reactions in both groups.Conclusion The method,Montelukast combined with Budesonide,has certain curative effect,no toxic and side-effects in the treatment of asthma and it worth to be generalization and application.
