摘要
目的:研究复方丹参滴丸对冠心病合并糖尿病患者的血脂,血糖等相关血液生化指标的影响,并进一步了解其对此类患者临床疗效及预后。方法:本组全部患者均为我科2008年6月至2011年6月期间收治的冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者320例,按照随机数字法则随机分为治疗组(ZL)及对照组(DZ),治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加复方丹参滴丸,连用半年后,开始通过电话、门诊随访患者的血脂、C反应蛋白、血糖的水平等一般情况,并了解患者临床症状,心脑血管事件及再住院率等相关指标,半年后随访结束。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,治疗后血脂、C反应蛋白、血糖的水平明显下降,能明显改善患者临床症状,心脑血管事件及再住院率降低,且以上差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸可降低血脂水平、稳定易损斑块,保护血管内皮功能,减弱冠脉的炎症反应,减少冠脉事件的发生,改善患者冠心病相关症状,提高患者的生活质量,减少了患者的再住院率,且价格便宜,副作用少,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the effect of Danshen dripping pills on blood glucose levels, lipids and the correlative biochemical indexes of patients with coronary heart complicated with diabetes mellitus, and further understand the clinical effect and prognosis. Methods：320 patients in this group were coronary heart complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our department from June 2008 to June 2011,randomly divided into treatment group （ZL） and the control group （DZ）, the treatment group on the basis of routine therapy and compound Danshen dripping pills, after six months, started by telephone, outpatient follow-up of patients with blood lipid,CRP,blood sugar levels, etc. And to understand the related indicators of the patients＆#39; clinical symptoms, cardiovascular events, and rehospitalization rate, six months after the end of follow-up.Results：The treatment group compared with the control group in the blood fatc-reactive, protein level, blood sugar obviously declined, and the clinicalsymptoms were significantly improved, and the cardiovascular events and readmission rates were reduced, the two groups had statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Danshen dripping pills could reduce lipid levels and stabilize vulnerable plaques, to protect vascular endothelium, to improve the related symptoms, and the price is cheap, with fewer side effects, it is worth for clinical use.
