摘要
目的:观察头穴针刺结合康复训练治疗中度儿童自闭症的临床效果。方法:选择64例中度自闭症患儿作为研究对象,将其均分为两组,对照组接受单纯康复训练,观察组联合使用头穴针刺及康复训练治疗,比较两组患儿的自闭量表评分(CARS)差异。结果:两组患儿接受不同的治疗后CARS评分均有所下降,且观察组患儿的降低程度显著大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明头穴针刺结合康复训练的疗效优于单纯康复训练。结论:头穴针刺结合康复训练可以有效治疗自闭症患儿,降低自闭量表评分,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical results of head acupuncture combined treatment of rehabilitation in children with moderate autism.Methods:Children with moderate autistic children in our hospital for treatment were as research subjects,children in the control gourp were received rehabilitation training,children in the observation gourp were received head acupuncture combined rehabilitation training,the scores of childhool autism rating scale in the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of CARS Iin the two groups of children after receiving different treatment were decreased,but decreased degree in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Head acupuncture combined rehabilitation training can effectively treat autism,lower CARS score.There is a positive clinical significance.
