摘要
目的:观察针刺治疗自闭症的临床疗效,为自闭症的治疗提供新方法。方法:将67例病例随机分为治疗组33和对照组34例,通过治疗前后儿童自闭症行为评定量表(ABC)、儿童自闭症评定量表(CARS)对患者疗效进行评定。结果:临床观察结果显示,针刺组CARS得分及ABC总分治疗后同治疗前比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺可以显著改善自闭症儿童的社会交往能力、运动能力、感觉能力、语言能力和自我照顾能力,针刺治疗自闭症有效。
Objective ：To observe clinical curative effect of acupuncture treat autism, providing new way to treat autism. Methods ：67 children match the diagnosis were distributed into treat group （33 cases） and control group （34 cases） randomly, evaluated by ABC and CARS scales before and after treatment. Result ：There is great different between treat group and control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture can improve the ability of social communication; Sport;felling, language and self-care, it is an effect way to treat autism.
