基于优化方法重构光栅形状

Numerical Calculation of the Inverse Diffraction Problem for Grating by Optimization Method

摘要 考虑光栅形状重构问题,即从已知的近场Cauchy数据出发,重构良导体光栅表面形状.基于平面波的稠密性,先将衍射场近似写成有限个平面波的线性叠加,再利用观测数据得到衍射场的近似,最后使用数值优化方法逼近光栅形状.数值算例验证了方法的有效性. A grating reconstruction problem from near field data was considered.On the basis of the denseness of plane waves,we approximately denoted the scattered field with a sum of finite plane waves,and computed it from the known observation data.Then the grating profile was reconstructed by an optimization method.The numerical experiments confirm the effectiveness of our method.
