摘要
目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜手术的可行性、手术经验及应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院2012年5月至2013年5月37例经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除手术病人的手术资料。结果 37例患者均成功手术,平均手术时间58 min,无出血及胆瘘并发症的发生。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术切口美观、安全、可行,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the feasibility,the operative experience and value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy through a transumbilical single incision. Methods The clinical data of 37 patients receiving single port umbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy from May 2012 to May 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operation was successfully completed without conversion to routine laparoscopic surgery or open surgery in all of the cases. The mean operation time was 58 minutes. No complications,such as biliary leakage,hemorrhage,infection of incisional wound happened. Conclusions Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is feasible,with excellent cosmetic results. This operation can indeed achieve a more minimally invasive and cosmetic results,which is worth being popularized.
