摘要
目的优选补肺益肾胶囊的最佳醇提工艺。方法以乙醇浓度(A)、加醇倍数(B)、提取时间(C)、提取次数(D)为考察因素,以丹参酮ⅡA和马钱苷的转移率为考察指标,采用L9(3)4正交实验法,确定补肺益肾胶囊的最佳醇提工艺。结果提取因素按影响大小依次是提取次数(D)>提取时间(C)>乙醇浓度(A)>加醇倍数(B),最佳醇提工艺条件为:70%乙醇,6倍量,回流提取3次,每次2 h。结论该制备工艺合理可行,有效成分转移率高。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of optimization of Bufei Yishen capsules. Methods To optimize concentration of ethanol（ A）,added ethanol volume（ B）,extraction time（ C） and extraction times（ D） by investigate factors,With transfer rate of tanshinoneⅡA and loganin as indexes,using L 9（ 3）4thogonal test,determine the optimum extraction of Bufei Yishen capsules. Results The order of influencing factors for extraction was extraction times（ D）,extraction time（ C）,concentration of ethanol（ A） and added ethanol volume（ B）. The optimum extraction of Bufei Yishen capsules was A 1 B 1 C 2 D 3. Conclusion The preparation process is reasonably practicable and active ingredient has a high rate of transfer.
