摘要
目的优选一种蒙药复方舒心康(SXK)的提取工艺。方法使用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以干浸膏得率和丹参酮ⅡA的含量为指标,通过正交实验考察醇沉浓度、提取次数、加水量及提取时间4个因素对舒心康的提取工艺的影响,确定舒心康丸的最佳提取工艺。结果舒心康提取的最佳工艺为:12倍量的水,提取3次,每次1.5h,用85%乙醇沉淀后,取滤液。
To optimize the preparation process of a mongolian herbal compound.METHODS The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test with the yield of extractum and the content of tanshinoneⅡA as the comprehensive evaluation indices with HPLC,and the ethanol concentration,the decoction times,the decoction duration,and water addition as the influencing factors.RESULTS The optimum extraction process was as follows:the added water amount was 12-fold of the herbs,the herbs were with thrice decoction with an hour and a half for each time,and after precipitation with 85%ethanol,filtrate was taken.
