机头溜槽衬板耐磨性能影响铸铁机长期稳定顺行，无法满足正常的生产运行。通过设备整改，采用新型耐磨材料，提高了设备的使用寿命，减少劳动强度，降低维修成本。
The wear-resisting property of chute lining board influenced the long-term stale operation of iron-casting machine, was unable to meet the normal production running. Through equipment modifica- tion, by using the new wear-resisting materials, the service life of equipment was improved, the labor intensity was reduced, and the maintenance cost was reduced.
