分析了1880m^3高炉矿槽槽上供料系统卸料车存在的问题，对卸料车结构进行优化改造，降低了系统故障率，提高了设备的使用寿命，确保了设备的生产稳定顺行。
The problems existing in unloading car of feeding system on the top of 1 880 m3 blast furnace ore tank were analyzed, and the structure optimization of unloading car was carried out, thus, the failure rate of system was reduced, the service life of equipment was increased and the smooth production of e- quipment was ensured .
